2nd Tuesday 10:30 AM Adult & Senior Programs

August 11th 10:30 AM Hands Only CPR

Hands-Only CPR is a 30-minute class that teaches the lifesaving chest compressions of CPR. Chest compressions are the most important part of CPR (we can all hold our breath, but we can’t stop our hearts from beating!), and studies show that even trained bystanders are more likely to perform hands-only CPR than traditional CPR with rescue breaths. The American Red Cross’ “Hands-Only” CPR class teaches the skills you may need to save a life in case of an emergency [Please note: Hands-Only instruction does not certify  attendees in CPR.]

If you or someone you know would like to have a CPR Certification Class the Red Cross does offer a full CPR certification fee-based program on Request. Please reach out to schedule or for any questions.
